Dr. Mohamad Hisyam Mohd Hashim is a distinguished Associate Professor with over 19 years of extensive expertise in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), currently leading as the Head of Department for Academic Lifelong Learning at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. A recognized authority in Instructional Design and Technology, he has made significant contributions as an international consultant, serving as an APACC Accreditation Consultant for Colombo Plan Staff College in the Philippines and providing TVET system advisory services to the Maldives Ministry of Education. His remarkable career includes supervising numerous postgraduate candidates, securing multiple research grants, publishing extensively across books and journals, and pioneering innovative frameworks including AI Competency Models for educators and digital learning solutions. His leadership extends to chairing the China-Malaysia Smart Construction Industry Education Integration Alliance and the Malaysia Educational Technology Association, demonstrating his commitment to advancing educational excellence through technology integration and international collaboration.
