As an officially appointed International Student Recruitment Introducer for Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), I play a key role in guiding and supporting international students throughout their journey of pursuing a Ph.D. program at UTHM.

My responsibilities cover two essential components: Application Process and Offer Letter

I ensure that the application process for prospective international students is smooth, complete, and aligned with UTHM’s academic standards. My tasks include:

  • Providing preliminary consultation on available Ph.D. programs at UTHM.

  • Assessing academic qualifications and the suitability of proposed research topics.

  • Guiding students in preparing complete application documents such as transcripts, CVs, and research proposals.

  • Acting as a liaison between the applicant and the university’s admission division to facilitate early review.

  • Reviewing applications before submission to ensure all requirements are met.

Once applications are submitted, I assist students in navigating the offer process. This includes:

  • Monitoring the status of applications within UTHM’s admission system.

  • Communicating updates on conditional or full offer letters to students.

  • Explaining the terms and requirements stated in the offer letter, including registration fees and required documents.

  • Supporting students in fulfilling all necessary conditions to secure an official offer.

  • Providing guidance on student visa preparation where needed.

  • Ensuring consistent academic communication between the student, faculty, and supervisory team.

  • Supporting students toward successful thesis submission, publication, and graduation.
