This page explains how submissions are evaluated by the appointed panel and how certificates are issued after verification. QRDC applies a transparent rubric-based assessment process to ensure fairness, rigour, and academic integrity.
How Panel Assessment Works
All QRDC submissions are evaluated using the published QRDC rubric. The panel reviews the clarity of the research problem, alignment between research questions and qualitative approach, appropriateness of data collection methods, analysis plan, ethical considerations, and overall coherence of the design.
Submission completeness check (files, format, category, payment proof if required). Incomplete submissions may be rejected.
Panel members score each criterion using the QRDC rubric. Notes may be recorded for moderation and audit.
Score consistency and rubric alignment are reviewed. Where necessary, scores may be moderated to ensure fairness.
Final results are compiled and approved. The organiser’s decision is final as per QRDC Terms & Conditions.
