This course explores key aspects of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), focusing on training development. It introduces the concept of TVET, emphasizing its system and implementation as a foundation for human resource development in Malaysia. The course covers the empowerment of training through various agencies and the recognition of critical workforce skills. It includes a comparative analysis of TVET systems across countries and examines the role of governments in fostering international cooperation in training systems. Additionally, the course explores TVET initiatives for special groups, including individuals with special needs, youth, and gender-specific issues.
